Human Pappilomavirus
The human pappilomavirus can cause condyloma, or genital warts, and even lead to infertility in women.
There are over 60 strains of this germ identified, each possessing its own unique characteristics. This germ is the cause of warts of the hands and feet, as well as lesions of the mucous membranes of the oral, anal and genital cavities.

Genital warts are very contagious and are spread during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. There is no specific cure for an HPV infection, though the virus can be controlled. The virus can be transmitted through sexual contact and certain strains are a precursor to cancer of the cervix.
