Human Pap
The human pap illoma virus (HPV) causes the genital wart, and is linked to other infections such as vaginosis and urinary infection.
The HPV test can detect the presence of HPV before the changes in the cells become visible. The tests can find high-risk types of HPV. If the test shows a definite pre-cancerous abnormality, the doctor decides what treatment will be the most effective to prevent cancer from developing.
